For ALL: Over the next 90 Days, many of the units serving in Afghanistan will be rotating (Going Home) and will be replaced with a like unit!! So If you have any information on the units replacing them, Unit Name, SgtMaj/1stSgt Name ,mailing address, emails, Please send the information to me, or request them to contact me via EMAIL/U. S. Mail .. So I can add them to this update and we can support them!!

We have been in country for about 2 months now and our expected time to be home is mid December 2011. We are in the Army; we are a reserve unit out of MD. I am located at a remote detention facility that we have 6 full time soldiers at, but we have 20-30 guards here for 12 hour shifts at a time 2-3 weeks at time. I try to do everything I can to share what the 6 of us receive in because they are coming in from the field and generally receive no care packages and pretty rough living conditions. We do have a full kitchen in our facility that ourselves and our guards force has full access to and a small MWR room with a TV and DVD player. Any type of food items would be great, we try to share as much food as possible, but with the number of soldiers we have in our building on a daily basis, and it doesn’t last long.
